摘要
目的观察结构脂肪乳剂(sTG)和物理混合的中、长链脂肪乳剂(MCT/LCT)对肝脏手术患者术后的影响。方法将肝脏手术后患者随机分为STG组(n=64)和MCT/LCT组(n=61),术后第1天起连续5天分别给予STG或MCT/LCT进行肠外营养,在术后第l天(POD+1)和术后第3—5天(POD+3—5)及术后第8天以后(POD+8一)检测肝肾功能,并记录住院时间。结果术后STG组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)下降速率优于MCT/LCT组,在住院时间上STG比MCT/LCT缩短(PO.05)。结论STG对肝脏术后患者肝功能的恢复要优于单纯物理混合的MCT/LCT。
